Jon Scott Williams, CASP Regional Vice President for Christian Care/
Executive Director for Fellowship Square-Mesa



Jon Scott Williams, Certified Aging Services Professional (CASP) is the Regional Vice President for Christian Care/Executive Director for Fellowship Square-Mesa. He has overseen Fellowship Square-Mesa and Christian Care Manor IV a total of 301 units all in Mesa since 06/01/1997. In Recognition of his innovative approach to improving the quality of service in Long-Term Care and Senior Housing Services by incorporating Medicaid approved Assisted Living Services within HUD housing AzAHA awarded "Jon Scott" the Best Practices Award for 2003. The innovation has been reproduced at three other affordable retirement communities in the Phoenix area.

Prior to becoming, the Regional Vice President/Executive Director of Christian Care Jon Scott volunteered his service since 1986 as a board member, officer and Chairman of Christian Care Companies 20 interlocking not-for-profit corporations. He has a strong business, accounting and management background. He is a graduate of Arizona State University. He is a member of the National Society of Public Accountants, American College of Healthcare Executives, Treasurer/Director of AzAHA, Chair-Elect of Aging Services of Arizona, Past-Officer and presently a Director of Mesa Rotary Club, and Past-Chair/Elder Central Christian Church of Mesa and is Chair of Mesa’s Housing Advisory Board.

Robert Rosales|Certified Executive Chef

Robert Rosales Certified Executive Chef

Robert Rosales is our Certified Executive Chef that has been with the campus since day one. Robert has 41 years experience and has worked in major Hotels and Private Clubs prior to Fellowship Square Mesa. For a part of his career Robert worked as a Corporate Chef for Parragon Hotels and Food & Beverage Director for Stouffers Hotels. He is now very pleased to be able to implement all his knowledge of hotels & cooking experiences into Fellowship Square Mesa.

Karen C. Jacobson

Karen C. Jacobson Activities Director

Karen C. Jacobson, ADC, is the Activities Director for Fellowship Square Mesa. She joined this non-profit senior housing organization in 2004 and became active in AAAP in 2005. Her first two careers were education and information technology marketing in MN and WI. She is a past East Valley AAAP Chair and is currently the AAAP Web Site Editor. She is passionate about serving seniors with energy, enthusiasm and élan.

Karen C. Jacobson

Elizabeth Avalos, CASP Dining Room Supervisor

Elizabeth Avalos started working with Fellowship Square Mesa in the year 2000 at the age of 16. She was in school and working Part-Time with the company. Within a few months Elizabeth was training new staff and had learned to work in all areas of the Dining Room. By the time Elizabeth was 18years old she was already a Dining Room Supervisor and took care of schedules. She is now a Certified Aging Services Professional and Certified Professional Food Manager. She is responsible for the Independent Living Dining Room, Assisted Living Dining Room, Manor Dining Room, and our on site convenience store “La Tiendita”. “La Tiendita” is our Campus store that offers a variety of items the Residents need without having to go to the store. Along with the Supervising the Dining Rooms Elizabeth assists the Fellowship Square- Mesa campus with IT, social media, and the maintenance of the Website.
