Tom Kerins has been the Executive Director at Fellowship Square Brown & Center since 2007. He has spent 5 years on the Christian Care Board of Directors. Tom is currently licensed by the State of Arizona as a Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager. Previously he worked for over 35 years in the corporate world specializing in Financial Management and Planning.

Diane Nelson Director of Sales & Marketing
Diane Nelson is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Fellowship Square Brown & Center. She has been a sales and marketing professional since 1979, and recently received the 2009 Special Achievement Award for Sales from Seniority, Inc. Diane has been in the Senior Housing industry since 2000. Since joining Fellowship Square in 2008, she and her team have improved campus occupancy by over 10%.

Bridget Ponce Activities Coordinator
Bridget Ponce is the Activities Coordinator at Fellowship Square Brown & Center. She has been on the FSBC staff for 5 years. Bridget started out as a driver, was promoted to Activities Assistant, and is now the Activities Coordinator. Before coming to Fellowship Square, she was working in Special Education. She is also a member of the Activities Association of America.

Chef Enrique Garcia Head Chef
Chef Enrique Garcia runs the Food Services Department at the Fellowship Square Brown & Center campus. His degrees are in Law and Culinary Arts, and he trained as a chef for 2 years in Milan. He has been in the business for 24 years, and joined the FSBC staff 2 years ago. His specialties are Italian cuisine and seafood, and he also has a talent for making ice sculptures.

Pam Kavathas Resident Liaison
Pam Kavathas is the Resident Liaison at Fellowship Square Brown & Center. She has volunteered and worked in various fields of service to seniors for many years. She coordinated the Meals on Wheels program in Simi Valley, California, helped start and run a non-medical caregiving agency, and was a Case Manager for Pinal County Long Term Care. To better serve the population she loves, Pam became a Certified Senior Advisor in 2006.

Jean Healey Director of Environmental Services
Jean Healey is the Director of Environmental Services at Fellowship Square Brown & Center. She has 40 years of experience in manufacturing and 10 years in the food business. During part of her time in manufacturing, Jean worked with the Housekeeping Department in a hotel, which helped her to become bilingual and sparked her interest in Environmental Services. She has been a valuable part of our team since she joined us in September of 2008.

Jorge Landeros Facilities Manager
Jorge Landeros is the Facilities Manager for Fellowship Square Brown & Center. His educational background is in Manufacturing Technology. He has been with FSBC for 3 years; one on the Maintenance staff, and two as the Facilities Manager. Jorge and his team work hard to keep things running smoothly.
