Assisted Living
Assisted Living provides a higher level of care than what is available in Independent Living. Assisted Living is the perfect choice for those 62 years of age and older who need extra support with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
At Fellowship Square, our Assisted Living communities are known as The Oasis. Each one features a dining room, activity rooms, and common areas, designed with residents' needs, interests, and enjoyment in mind.
Residents enjoy three meals a day in a full-service dining room and have a wide array of activities and exercise classes to choose from. Certified caregivers are on staff 24 hours a day. Each resident wears an emergency call button that alerts the caregivers that the resident needs help when activated.
We provide three levels of Assisted Living services: Supervisory Care, Personal Care, and Directed Care. Receiving the right level of care is key to preserving health and wellness. Before admission, residents complete a health assessment with the Assisted Living Director to determine which level of care will best fit the resident's individual needs.

Supervisory Care
Resident is able to:
- Ambulate with minimal to no assistance
- Select menu items in the dining room and eat without assistance
- Toilet, bathe & dress independently
- Take medications independently
- Make healthcare & safety decisions appropriately
Personal Care
Resident is able to:
- Ambulate & transfer on their own or with moderate assistance.
- Select menu items in the dining room & eat with staff assistance
- Toilet, bathe, and dress with limited staff assistance
- Take medication with staff reminders
- Communicate care needs to staff
Direct Care
Resident is able to:
- Ambulate & transfer with moderate staff assistance to meals & activities
- Select menu items and eat with staff reminders & assistance
- Toilet, bathe, and dress with staff reminders and assistance
- Take medications with staff reminders
- Receive skilled nursing services from Home Health or a Hospice
Services
Monthly rent in The Oasis includes:
- 3 meals per day plus 2 snacks
- Weekly laundry and housekeeping
- Scheduled transportation
- Utilities & cable TV (telephone extra)
- Small refrigerator & microwave
- 24-hour Caregiver assistance
- Emergency call system
- Chaplain services & Bible study
Additional services may be available as well, including
- Daily touch-up (making the bed, emptying trash)
- Hands-on shower assistance
- Hands-on dressing and grooming assistance
- Incontinence assistance
- Medication assistance such as confirming orders, checking dosage, and observing/documenting when medication is taken
- Escort to and from onsite locations and activities
- Monthly vitals and weight checks
- Mild to Moderate cognitive guidance

The Activities Team at each one of our communities works hard to plan a wide variety of social activities that live up to our mission. Depending on the location you choose, on-site amenities may include features like a game room, beauty salon, barber shop, movie room, library, exercise room, and other places to enjoy life with friends as well as time for yourself.
